Lyophilisates
The process of lyophilization (freeze-drying) is the preferred and the mildest method of food drying. The low temperature used in this process allows the fruit and vegetables to preserve more than 90% of their original characteristics (shape, color, aroma, vitamins and nutritional value). For this reason, lyophilisates have become a high-demand product among food manufacturers.
Lyophilisates are suitable for use as food additives or stand-alone food items. They are a necessary ingredient of instant foods (as they easily restore their original properties) or products requiring low moisture content (candy bar fillings).

Thanks to our European partners, we can offer many versions of a complete portfolio to accommodate specific needs – powder, pieces (1–3 mm, 1–6 mm, 5–9 mm), slices or whole fruits (depending on the raw material).
